How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete account. You have 14 days to change your mind by logging back in. After that, your profile, photos, messages and matches are permanently deleted. More in our Privacy Policy.
How do I report or block someone?
Open their profile or your chat with them and tap Report or Block. They are never told who reported them, and a real person reviews every report. Read our Community Guidelines.
How do I cancel Plus or Gold?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel from your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date. Refunds follow their policies. See our Terms.
I can't log in to my account
Northearts signs you in with your phone number and a one-time code. If the code doesn't arrive or you've changed your number, email us from the address above with your name and the number you signed up with.
